90-Day Calendar
This provides current month, and next 2 months view for a quick visual recap of what is happening in your projects.
- 90-Day window veiw lets you see what has past and what is coming up in a quick glance.
- Stoplight visual cue's uses red, yellow, green for overdue, coming due and completed milestones.
- Clickable calendar dates provide linked project and milestone detail for that day.
Issue Tracking - Issue Queue View
This view provides all of the Resolution Agents details, status and history of how they are dealing with your issues.
- Trouble Ticket displays important information concerning the submitted issue.
- Submission time displayed so you can track your teams response time on project problems.
- Reply from Resolution Agent keeps you informed on what's happening, also emailed to you.
- Move tickets between queues and Resolution Agents.
- Status and Contact display in case you need verbal communication with ticket submitter.
- Company contact information for project owner.

Messages
One of the main communication hubs for your projects. Messages unlike email, are in your project database and become a part of the project and are available to the people that you want to "Get the Message" across too.
- Designate Messages as "Critical" and everyone on the project gets an email notification.
- Designate Messages as "Private" and only people that work for your company will see the Message.
- Monitor the progress of your project members using daily posting routines.
- Post Comments to Messages for ongoing communication needs.
Project Overview
Familiar Dashboard view extends to the Project Overview screen giving your users consistent usability through out SpotOn!. Intuative prompts lead your users so that all the guess work of using SpotOn! is eliminated. You spend less time learning and more time doing.

Milestones
Milestones manage your critical path. Key dates, the work that needs to be done, and the people responsible for doing it. Attach important project documents, create related To-Do's and more.

- Days until due and Due Date are displayed to help plan your upcoming work load.

Files
Generous file storage removes limitations on what you can upload and share in your projects. Construction Plans, Planograms, PDFs, Engineering Drawings, Images, Excel documents, anything you want to manage. Track revisions and manage folders, subscribe to specific folders or specific files to be notified when there is a change.
- You can upload your files one at a time or in batch with our multi-file upload gadget.
- Add files to the basket across all of your projects for batch downloads zipped on the fly.
- Images appear with a thumbnail and a zoom feature.
